Eligibility Reminder

✔ Warranty must have been purchased at checkout

✔ Coverage is valid for 12 months from delivery

✔ Limited to one replacement per item

✔ Replacement will match the original order (no changes)

If a product, color, or material is discontinued, the closest available match will be used and slight variations may occur.

When to Use This Form

Use this form if your item has experienced:

  • A craftsmanship-related issue
  • Accidental damage (drop, crack, leak, break, etc.)

When NOT to Use This Form

This form does not cover:

  • Lost or stolen items
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Requests for design or personalization changes
  • Items without a purchased warranty

Craftsmanship issues are defects caused by the making or assembly process.
Examples include seal failure from assembly or decals lifting due to application.
Normal wear, cosmetic scuffs, or damage from drops are not craftsmanship issues.
