π Handmade & Made-to-Order Items
All items from Crafty Mamas Chaos are handmade and made to order in our small mama-run studio.
Because of the handmade process:
- Minor variations in color, placement, or finish may occur
- No two items are exactly alike
These variations are a normal part of handmade goods and are not considered defects.
β³ Processing Times
Our standard processing time is 7β14 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Please note:
- Processing time does not include shipping time
- Custom or bulk orders may require additional time
- Processing times may increase during sales, launches, or holidays
Current processing timelines are always listed on individual product pages.
π Shipping Information
Shipping times vary based on the method selected at checkout and carrier availability.
Once your order ships:
- A tracking number will be sent via email
- Delivery timelines are controlled by the shipping carrier
Crafty Mamas Chaos is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen packages marked as delivered.
π¨ Custom & Personalized Orders
Many of our products are customizable.
By placing a custom order, you confirm that:
- All personalization details are entered correctly
- You approve spelling, colors, and selections as submitted
Once production begins, changes or modifications cannot be guaranteed.
π Order Changes & Cancellations
Because all items are made to order:
- Changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase
- Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled
Custom and personalized items are final sale.
π¦ Incorrect Address Policy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
- Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Reshipping costs due to address errors
π¬ Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade and customized nature of our products:
- Returns and exchanges are not accepted on custom items
Returns are only accepted if an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
π¦ Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
Approved claims will receive a replacement or resolution at our discretion.
π‘ One-Year Replacement Warranty (Optional Purchase)
We offer an optional One-Year Replacement Warranty, available for purchase at checkout.
What the Warranty Covers
- One (1) replacement of the original customized item
- Valid for 12 months from the delivery date
- Covers:
Craftsmanship-related defects
Accidental damage (drops, cracks, leaks, breaks, etc.)
To submit a warranty claim:
Please complete our Submit a Warranty Claim form.
Claims must be submitted within the 1-year coverage period and require photo documentation.
π§΅ What Qualifies as a Craftsmanship Issue
A craftsmanship issue is a defect caused by the making or assembly process, not by use or handling after delivery.
Covered craftsmanship issues may include:
- Structural defects present at delivery
- Leaks or seal failures caused by improper assembly
- Decals lifting, peeling, or misaligning due to application error
- Components separating due to adhesive or assembly failure
- Functional defects that prevent normal use
Not considered craftsmanship issues:
- Damage caused by drops or mishandling (unless accidental damage warranty applies)
- Normal wear and tear
- Scratches or cosmetic wear from use
- Minor handmade variations in color or placement
- Damage caused by improper care, heat, dishwashers, or microwaves
- Damage caused by attempting to alter or repair the item
All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
π¨ Product Availability & Discontinued Materials
If a specific product, color, material, or component becomes unavailable or discontinued:
- The replacement will be created using the closest available match
- Slight variations may occur due to availability and handmade processes
- Replacement will remain as true to the original design as possible
By purchasing the warranty, you acknowledge that exact matches may not always be possible.
β What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The One-Year Replacement Warranty does not cover:
- Design changes or personalization changes
- Upgrades, add-ons, or modifications
- Normal wear and tear beyond a single accidental incident
- Cosmetic wear that does not affect function
- Lost or stolen items
β Important Warranty Terms
- Warranty must be purchased at checkout
- Limited to one (1) replacement per item
- Replacement will match the original order
- No changes or substitutions permitted
- Warranty is non-refundable and non-transferable
- Replacement does not reset or extend the warranty period
Crafty Mamas Chaos reserves the right to approve or deny warranty claims at its discretion.

All items are handmade and may vary slightly from listing photos.
Crafty Mamas Chaos is not responsible for:
- Color differences due to screen settings
- Damage caused by misuse or improper care
Drinkware and functional items:
- Hand wash only unless otherwise stated
- Not microwave or dishwasher safe unless specified
