Every order is handmade with care, inspected prior to shipment, and packaged thoughtfully.

By placing an order, you agree to the following shipping terms 💛


📦 1. Processing Time

Orders ship within 5–7 business days, unless otherwise stated.

Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays.

Processing time includes:

  • Creating

  • Customizing

  • Curing (if applicable)

  • Inspecting

  • Packaging

✨ Custom Order Communication

For custom or personalized orders, processing depends on customer responsiveness.

If we require:

  • Design approval

  • Name confirmation

  • Color confirmation

  • Clarification of details

Processing pauses until we receive your response.

Delays caused by lack of response are not our responsibility.


🚚 2. Shipping Carriers & Rates

We primarily ship via:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Delivery estimates provided by carriers are not guaranteed.


⚖️ 3. Risk of Loss

Orders are shipped under a shipment contract.

Ownership and risk transfer once the package is delivered to the carrier.

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Packages marked delivered

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Carrier delays


🚪 4. Porch Piracy

Once tracking confirms delivery, responsibility transfers to the customer.

We recommend:

  • Shipping to secure addresses

  • Monitoring tracking updates

  • Retrieving packages promptly

Claims for stolen packages must be filed with the shipping carrier.


💧 5. Liquid-Filled Products

Some products contain sealed liquid (including snow globe tumblers).

During transit, you may notice:

  • Minor air bubbles

  • Glitter movement

  • Temporary viscosity changes

  • Temperature-related cloudiness

These are normal transit effects.

If a product arrives actively leaking, notify us within 3 days of delivery with photos.


🌡 6. Temperature & Environmental Exposure

Many handmade products are sensitive to extreme temperatures.

We are not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Excessive heat

  • Freezing conditions

  • Extended outdoor placement

  • Improper storage after delivery

Please retrieve packages promptly and store in climate-controlled environments.

Temperature-related changes after delivery are not considered manufacturing defects.


📝 7. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.

Reshipping fees apply for incorrect addresses.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed once processing begins.


🌪 8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Labor strikes

  • Supply chain interruptions

  • Government actions
