At Crafty Mamas Chaos, everything is mama-made and chaos-approved β which means most items are handcrafted just for you. Because of that, our return policy is a little different than big box stores.
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms below π
β¨ Custom & Made-To-Order Items
Most of our products are custom or handmade to order.
Because of this:
All custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are final sale unless materially defective upon arrival.
This includes:

Custom name items

Personalized designs
-
Custom color selections
-
Custom decals
-
Bridal / party gifts
-
Sale or clearance items
Under North Carolina law, businesses may limit returns on custom-made goods.
Slight variations in color, glitter placement, flow movement, vinyl positioning, resin finish, or design alignment are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
Once production begins, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
If you made an error in your personalization, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order at team@craftymamaschaos.store and we will do our best to assist. Changes are not guaranteed after this timeframe.
π¦ Non-Custom Items (If Applicable)
If an item is clearly listed as non-custom and return-eligible, you may request a return within 7 days of confirmed delivery.
To qualify:

Item must be unused

Item must be in original packaging

Item must be in the same condition received
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once the return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
π¨ Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We package orders with care, but if something arrives damaged or incorrect:
Please email us within 3 days of delivery with:

Clear photos of the item

Photos of the packaging

Photo of the shipping label
If approved, we may:

Replace the item

Repair the item

Issue a refund (at our discretion)
Remedies are limited to the purchase price paid.
Claims submitted after 3 days may not be eligible.

Due to the nature of digital downloads:
All digital product sales are final.
Once access has been granted, refunds cannot be issued.
If you experience technical access issues, contact us within 7 days of purchase.
Digital purchases grant a limited personal-use license only. Ownership of the design remains with Crafty Mamas Chaos.
π³ Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Processing time may take 5β10 business days depending on your bank.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions.
π¬ Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once your order is delivered to the shipping carrier, it is considered in transit under a shipment contract.
Under North Carolina law, risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is delivered to the carrier.
We are not responsible for:

Weather delays

Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

Stolen packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package:

Contact your local post office first.

Check with neighbors or household members.

File a claim with the carrier if needed.
We are happy to assist where possible, but cannot guarantee replacement for carrier-confirmed deliveries.
βοΈ Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
We genuinely want to resolve concerns directly.
By placing an order, you agree to contact us before initiating a chargeback.
If a chargeback is filed without prior communication, we reserve the right to provide documentation (including tracking and policy agreement) to the financial institution.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in denial of future service and action as permitted under North Carolina law.

To the fullest extent permitted by North Carolina law:
